Chakra Alignment Meditation

This meditation will guide you through balancing each of your seven main chakras. Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes.

Preparation

Take three deep breaths. With each exhale, release any tension in your body. Set your intention to balance and align your chakras.

Root Chakra

Visualize a glowing red ball of energy at the base of your spine. See it spinning clockwise, growing brighter and stronger. Feel yourself grounded to the earth. Affirm: "I am safe. I am secure."

Sacral Chakra

Move your attention to just below your navel. See an orange light glowing and spinning. Feel creative energy flowing. Affirm: "I embrace pleasure and creativity."

Solar Plexus Chakra

Focus on your upper abdomen. Visualize a bright yellow sun radiating warmth. Feel your personal power growing. Affirm: "I am confident and powerful."

Heart Chakra

Bring attention to your heart center. See a beautiful green light expanding with each breath. Feel love for yourself and others. Affirm: "I give and receive love freely."

Throat Chakra

Focus on your throat. Visualize a clear blue light spinning. Feel your truth ready to be expressed. Affirm: "I speak my truth with ease."

Third Eye Chakra

Move attention to the space between your eyebrows. See an indigo light glowing. Trust your intuition. Affirm: "I see clearly and trust my inner wisdom."

Crown Chakra

Finally, focus on the top of your head. See a brilliant white or violet light connecting you to the divine. Affirm: "I am connected to universal consciousness."

Integration

Visualize all seven chakras spinning in harmony, connected by a column of white light. Sit in this balanced state for several minutes before slowly returning to awareness.
